Cerutti
Photograph
Holder of a doctorate in nanotechnology, Robin Cerutti began photography in 2006. It was in New York that he made his debut and slowly forged a place for himself in the artistic world. He first exhibited his works at the Collective Gallery and was subsequently invited by big names in fashion, Damiani and Kiton, to exhibit and raise funds for the American Italian Cancer Association. In 2009, he made his first solo in the 'muzeo de la luz' in Mexico city and his exhibition presenting women astronomers will tour the country. In 20I2, he devoted himself to a post-modern digital work to celebrate the closing of Tom Wesselman's exhibition. In 2015 he joined the MX gallery in old Montreal and now devotes himself entirely to his art.
His works have since toured the globe, from Las Olas Fine-Art in Florida to the Marciano Galeries group as well as the Vivendi gallery in Paris. He is also preparing to leave to create and exhibit in Asia. Cerutti dazzles us with the power of his disturbing and studied shots. His play of light offers us a spectacle bathed in unusual compositions defying the reality of the very simple scenes that he likes to observe.
